Term Definition
Bonding

Bond is a type of keratin that is used to “bond” the hair extension with the customer’s own hair. Bonded extensions typically have a keratin polymer bond that is applied at the tip/root of the hair. Through the fusion technique, the keratin bond is melted and attached to the customer’s own hair. BRIJON uses an Italian keratin polymer for all of its bonds as they bond well to the hair and are long lasting. The bonds also include BRIJON’s EX logo so that clients are assured that they are receiving only the highest quality keratin bond available in the market. This bond is pressed flat against the customer’s hair or rolled to ensure the connection between the hair extensions and the customer hair is strong. Also referred to as Hair Bonding, Hair Bonds, Bonding for Human Hair.
