Term Definition
Cuticle Hair

This represents hair whereby the cuticles have remained intact and have never been removed from the hair. Cuticles protect the hair and so it is important that these stay in-tact. Furthermore, it is important that the cuticles flow in the same direction to prevent tangling and matting. All of BRIJON’s hair is 100% cuticle hair whereby the cuticles remain intact and flow in the same direction. This type of hair is also referred to as Remy Hair. The alternative, Non-Remy hair, has had the cuticles removed and so the hair is not protected and will not last nearly as long as Remy hair.

Deep Wave

This is a type of wave offered by BRIJON that is very soft with wave-like ripples. All of the hair is comprised of 100% human, Remy natural hair. The wave itself has been applied through a chemical-free process that is designed to protect the integrity and quality of the hair. The wave is much tighter than Jackson Wave and Body Wave. This wave can be seen at Deep Wave Hair Extensions.

Density

This represents the number of hairs per square inch or centimeter. Many individuals purchase hair extensions to provide greater density to their hair, especially in areas where the hair is thinning.

Dry Hair

Hair with little to no moisture remaining in it, resulting in a loss of manageability, a rough feel, or with hair that has lost its elasticity. All of BRIJON’s hair extensions use very special solutions to ensure that the hair does not dry out, and it stays full of life. Furthermore, it is important that customers use BRIJON’s wet line products designed for hair extensions as these ensure that there is proper moisture and the hair maintains its vibrant look and feel.

Fantasy Colors

These represent very bright colors that are oftentimes used as highlights for customers. These are especially popular for special occasions such as Halloween, Christmas, etc. and are becoming more and more part of the mainstream style with all ages of clientele. They may also be referred to as fancy colors, party colors or funky colors.
