The "Single Ladies" singer channels African queens through the ages in the collector's edition of the magazine. The spread features some stunning looks but one in particular is causing controversy across the Internet because it sees Beyoncé's skin being "voluntarily darkened" and covered with turquoise and peach paint. It's not the first time Beyoncé finds herself in hot water - the commercial for her Heat fragrance was recently banned in the UK for being too racy.
