As the leading lady in one of the most talked-about movie series of all time, Emma Watson knows that all eyes would be on her for the NYC premiere of the film's final instalment, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part II. Read: girl needed a kick-ass makeup palette as she walked the red carpet today. And she didn't disappoint, turning to this season's staple, metallics, for a dramatic eye look. The intricate look featured black shadow on the lids and under the lower lash line, extended out to create a triangle shape that was then filled with gold leaf. The black shadow was also taken upwards towards the brow bone and kohl rimmed the upper and lower water lines. To make the eyes "pop" gold shadow was applied to Emma's inner V and swept out towards the centre of the pupil. It's a statement look and not for the faint-hearted but Emma's slicked strands and simple palette ensures she carries it off with ease.
