"I've been using the Neutrogena Makeup Remover Towelettes for a few weeks now and they are the best makeup remover wipes I've tried. Unlike other wipes, I found they did not feel at all harsh. The tissue itself is soft in texture and soaked with enough product to not feel dry and rough on my face. They were very effective at removing all my makeup, but I don't like using any wipes around my eyes - this is where the Oil-Free Eye Makeup Remover remover came in. This dual-phase cleanser does not irritate my very sensitive eyes at all and is tough enough to effectively remove even my most stubborn of waterproof mascaras.
