You gotta love Nicki Minaj for her out-there style. Nominated at today's Billboard Awards for Top New Artist (as well as Top Rap Artist, Top Rap Album and Top R&B song), Nicki made sure she stood out from the crowds with cascading curls that were fairy floss pink (with bright blonde roots), a bumper outer lash line and opaque pink lipstick that wasn't applied right to the edges of Nicki's lips. She finished things off with a matching pink mani. Do you like the look?
