We're just back from the launch of a new Biotherm skincare range, which harnesses the powers of broccoli to help detoxify skin and eliminate the first signs of fatigue that start to creep in around your mid-20s. The range isn't out until June, so we'll tell you more about it closer to the on-counter date, but we did get the chance to talk broccoli powers and top detoxing tips with Kira Sutherland, a nutritionist who's part of Biotherm's Energy Team. Here she shares her top 10 tips on detoxing . . .

1. Eat foods that are part of the broccoli family. That includes broccolini, cauliflower, brussel sprouts and cabbage, too. And "they smell" isn't an excuse not to, since it's actually the sulphur you can smell, a powerful detoxer. Kira's top tip? Don't skip broccoli that's purple on top - that has a higher level of beta-carotene in it, which is then turned into vitamin A by your body.
