Liv Tyler looks soft and lovely even when she's wearing a hard-edged look, and nowhere is that more apparent than her hairstyle at this week's Target GO Designer Collective launch. On the left side of her head, it looked like she was wearing her hair in long, soft waves, but on the right side, she had a wraparound braid.
